Pets

Pets are not allowed.

Every occupant of the apartment must sign a rental agreement for the moment of renting the apartment. If you do not agree with rules, do not book the apartment.

Any guests in excess of the maximum occupancy of the room, including children, will be charged separately.

A damage deposit of EUR 150 is required on arrival. This will be collected as a cash payment. You should be reimbursed on check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full, in cash, subject to an inspection of the property.
